Found Starkey family and will add tomorrow

Thomas Powell and family is a bit of a problem as I found a Thomas Powell with a father Thomas Powell Forgeman but father was not deceased in 1871 Census and one looking for was deceased in 1865

Added all details of Starkey family but cannot find Thomas Powell before or after marriage or Sarah Ann after marriage

I think it possible Thomas Powell and Sarah died and Edward Powell on 1871 Census is their son and he becomes Edmund Starkey on 1881 Census
