Can't read the gravestone does it say 23rd or 28th of August 1896?

Just noticed in census he's a horsebreaker, same guy then..

Trouble is I have this Joseph born 1825 Married to Mary Holloway:-

Marriage Details - Joseph Willetts- of full age- Bach- Nailer- Kates Hill- Dudley- William Willetts- Nailer - Mary Holloway- of full age- Spinster- Kates Hill- David Holloway- Nailer. By Banns - Witnesses were Samuel Willetts and Joseph Hill. In 1881 Grandaughter Sarah Willetts aged 4 is in the household.

Must be the wrong wife, not sure now Will have a look tomorrow.
