I know he was a popular TV star but it looks like Jimmy Savile was a bit of a monster.

Too bad he died before being prosecuted.

He lived up to his name Jimmy Savile.

Trouble is that he can't have the chance to defend himself, that being said, the sheer numbers of victims would always be against him.
It's so big, that it's even been on national news here in Denmark, despite nobody having a clue who he was.

We have had the same in Australia with a star of one of our most popular TV series.

It takes a lot of courage to make a claim against a popular figure.

As with Savile, once one woman was brave enough to make a complaint there was an avalanche of accusations.

He always made my skin crawl when i watched top of the pops.Now i know why. They reckon the police are investigating other celebs who might of been doing the same thing at about the same time.Dt

I must admit, I had more faith in the BBC than that! I vaguely remember some children's presenter getting binned for some relatively minor offence!
