Help with John Bill Downes Weaver JNR & SNR

Looking for any info on the following i have looked on family search and freebmd etc
Help please
John BIll Downes Weaver JNR DOB 24.4.1913 says on his birth cert Dudley Tipton
married Violet Annie Artess DOB 26.1.1918 Tipton
7.8.1937 at st Matthews church Tipton
I have this certificate
Johns father John Bill Downes Weaver SNR DOB 1890 ish
Mother We know is Mary Ann Collins from kilarny Ireland
if i have correct info off 1911 census John SNR is living with his sister Francess but i cant read census clearly
in 1937 John SNR was at John JNR wedding and was a labourer
if what i have found looks right John SNR father was George Weaver ??
(All are deceased)

What info do you have re certifs?
who do they connect to on Bcc anyone? Just to see if we can run on from existing rellies.

And yes all above are John Bill Downes JNR siblings

Have been in touch reg office St Helen's received this
"After checking our records, I can confirm that we hold a marriage record
for John B D Weaver & Mary A Collins in 1911 at St Johns the Baptist Church
Earlestown Newton Le Willows.
The reference number in our records is C14/2/391. Please quote this
reference on your correspondence"
The Ref for the marriage certificate for John Bill Downes and Mary Ann
Collins is C14/2/391 the fathers details are correct for John also
George weaver
We wait the certificate
