I went to the archives and checked this.
The transscript was barely readable but what i could make of it was-
marriage took place 28th March 1881 at Holy Trinity,Oldbury of John Smallwood and Rosina Evans.
Father-Samuel Smallwood labourer
Ephraim Evans labourer
I couldn't read the witnesses at all.I even requested assistance but to no avail.
I've done the census lookups of Ephraim Evans 1841 to 1881 and Rosina Smallwood 1901-1911 shall i add them to BCC?
