If you have been reading my bleatings...you may remember I've tried this genealogy thing a few times before but got frustrated and put it on hold. My last session was about 4 - 5 hears ago and I had an enormous amount of help from a friend called Marianne.

I've tried to contact her again but I think she has changed her @------------on the email address, the email to the left of the @ sign was marhob whatever you call that thing, if by some spot of luck you know of marianne, or better still if you are reading this Marianne, I should love you to get in touch again.

The fishing went well and I'm off out from Weymouth on another competition trip on Friday.

who was marianne researching main family and where ?

Marianne is/was researching Bayliss and I'm researching Oakes. There was a 'coming together' and later they got married, but typing out my plea got the old grey cells whirring and I remembered a wodge of paperwork I had put 'somewhere safe'. After searching, I found it and in there was a letter from her brother with an address, so I'll pop a letter in the post.
