Bit puzzled by this one
I am pretty sure that Ephraim is this one on BCC

bachelorwas this the marriage of a couple who had just been living together as a couple for many years .... or are we looking at a different Ephraim Evans?

not sure if she was married prev born abt 1843 on census in 1871 with Ephraim

Having looked at that witness it looks like Rose Smallwood so this I think is the Ephraim on Bcc I am going to add this in Expat
