Looks as though she was actually born around 1809 (the dates in 1851 and 1861 are consistent - I presume 1811 was calculated from the 1841 census).
I think she may be the one bapt 9 July 1809 at St Thomas, Dudley d of Thomas & Fanny.
The date is consistent, and this is the only one I can see in this period.
The only stumbling block is the birthplace of 'Rowley Regis' given in the census, but didn't a lot of Rowley folk have their children baptised at St Thomas as it was cheaper?
Any thoughts?
