Hello....at this time I am researching a public house recorded in the 1908 Kelly's Directory as the
Horse Shoe, Colley Gate
. The licensee at this time was Philip Henry CRAMPTON. I have found no other reference to this premises and cannot positively establish where it was within the area. However, I have been informed that the premises could be what is known as the Gate or Colley Gate Inn. If anyone knows if this is correct on my first visit....Bingo! it would be fantastcic
Anyway, I look forward to "speaking" with my fellow researchers.
