I once found this family in Langley Green, Halesowen. Is this the same entry that Jimmy has found? I'll search again... Yes, I posted the correction to Ancestry.com.

The Hannah, wife of Benjamin in the 1841 census, is Hannah Phillips.

I don't think the Benjamin in the 1841 census is the correct one.
He was baptised in Rowley Regis but I suppose he may have been born Oldbury/Halesowen since his father was from Rowley and mayhave used his preferred church.

Looking at the will of Benjamin Hadley the farmer....
"with a Codicil of Benjamin Hadley late of Whiteheath Gate in the Parish of Halesowen in the County of Worcester Farmer deceased who died 1 August 1864 at Whiteheath Gate aforesaid was proved at Worcester by the oath of Benjamin Hadley of Bellbroughton in said County Farmer and the Son and sole Executor."
So that eliminates this being our Benjamin as he is pushing up daisies by 1860 and was not a farmer.
Benjamin can be found int he 1881 census with a much younger wife called Hannah on a much larger farm than his father owned in 1851...
THe Benjamin we are after is more than likely the son of George from the baptism records I found.

That Benjamin and Hannah with a son Philip and a Harbourne connection are from my Hadley family at Ramrod Hall. The one in Eel Street may connect to the family further back but he isn't the one you are looking for.

This would be the Benjamin with parents George and Jane.

It should this one, I am only telling you this from memory as can't get into my notes right now but I do know that my American relative from the LDS church, who came over here and I took her to the BCLM, she was descended from this Benjamin, married to Hannah Phillips and Benjamin was the brother of my Daniel Hadley, father of Letitia, who married Joseph Harper. That should be enough info to place him?

There seems to be duplicity/a missing connection. The 1841 census entry that Jimmy found is almost certainly the family containing the Rachel Hadley that married a John Tibbetts.
