The wife of Thomas Fellow B 1790 is Maria Stevens B1789 Halesowen, Worc.

Maria Stevens is the daughter of Edward Stevens and Phebe Rhodes. I haven't found baptism yet for her and she wasn't in the search you did the previous topic a few nights back but she is mentioned in Edwards will -
"..I give devise and bequeath all the rest and residue of my real and personal estate wheresoever or whatsoever unto all and every of my said children share and share alike to hold to them their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns as tenants in common and not as joint tenants not excluding my daughter Maria wife of Thomas Fellows from her portion of my residuary estate in common with the rest and according to the tenure of the said estates respectively. "

Thomas fellows parents were Thomas Fellows B1765 Rowley Regis and Hannah Hingley B1780 Rowley Regis. They married 22 Oct 1798 Rowley Regis. I have not any certs.

Thomas and Maria had 10 children - 2 on BCC Isaac B1819 and Phoebe Stevens B1822

Thomas B 1834 (on BCC) married Jane Bayliss

Ann there were no certs before 1837. There is no baptism for Maria Stevens born about 1789 in the Halesowen or Cradley Transcripts, not all records have survived to the present day unfortunately.
