The son Vivian Claude Pearson is a bit of a mystery - he disappeared before the second world war and was never heard from again, but thanks to FreeBMD I have discovered he died many years later in St Austell, Cornwall. He was left money by his aunt who died in 1952 but the solicitors at the time couldn't find him and it was presumed he had died during the war.
Can anyone see a likely marriage for him? I have looked but found nothing obvious.

He may not have married of course!

His sister told me he just disappeared around the start of the war. I wish now I had probed a little more while she was alive - odd that she never said why he left.

might be worth getting his death cert to see who informant was

then with the date look for an obiturary in local paper might give family details ?

There appear to be two Vivian C Pearson born in 1908 which is annoying although the other was born in Lancashire but Ancestry has the following:
