I cannot find out how to pop a picture in the square to the right of the message box! Instructions required.

I think avatar is the fancy name for the little picture that you are talking about if I remember correctly a conversation with my children many moons ago.

You will need a pretty simple picture as it can be no more than 80 pixels high, 80 pixels across and come in at under 12Kb.
