Looking for the birth date and place of Silas Parfitt, abt 1767, in Somerset, Wiltshire etc.

Silas moved to Pensnett, Staffordshire in the 1830's, from Dunkerton, Somerset, with his wife Ann and family, he died there in 1850.

His son, also Silas, moved to Mahanoy City, Pennsylvania. USA

Yes that's his son.

My 1851 Disc has Silas Snr born 1809 in Weymouth. Ann born Comerton Somerset, John and Silas Jnr born Dunkerton Somerset.

I only know he married Ann Barber 8th Nov 1808 Wyke Regis Dorset, he was buried in Pensnett 13th Jan 1850, age 82.
His wife Ann was buried 26 June 1865 age 79 in Pensnett.
There's a possible birth for Ann, 30th Sept 1785,St. Edmunds, Salisbury, Wiltshire, the birth place given on the census as Shrewsbury is aother of those anomalies.

Their daughter, Matilda Parfitt, bapt 10th Feb 1811married Hezekiah Silcock, who have already been added to Tribalpages.
