Richard Danks B1812 and married to Ann Round B1812. I am trying to find Richard's father. I do have a Thomas B1785 Halesowen married to Mary Timmins in 1808 - but I am not quite sure if this is the father. Can anyone please help? Many thanks

Northern Lass, many thanks for your kind reply. A couple of more queries, please.
Richard is shown as born about 1815 but showing christening 1813?
Also, I have found a Thomas Danks B 13/11/1785 marrying Mary Timmings at Clent 17/4/1808. If this is correct, there is another Thomas Danks marrying Hannah Hodgetts in Halesowen 10/3/1773. Would this be Thomas' father?

The dob is an about date only
the bapt is a poss as it says in notes
no idea who parents are

Many thanks and I have been through all the posts but sill cannot find anything regarding Richard's parents. Has anyone any ideas where i could find this out. Regards to all.

Many many thanks to all concerned in helping me. I had got Thomas and Hannah down but I was a bit misled because of the Halesowen/Clent area whereas all the other ancestors seemed to be Dudley. Now I can continue looking for more info on them and what Thomas's profession was etc.
p.s. Richard must have been quite comfortably off to have had servants!!
p.p.s Do you know of a site that is linked to Bickenhill Warks or Yardley which came under Worcs in early 1800s.
Have a nice ay everyone now that we have got some sunshine at last.
