If an ancestor was living 35 Rye Hill Newcastle upo Tyne on 1911
does it come under

Northumberland west
Tynemouth
Newcastle upon Tyne

I have a Constance Evelyn Smith on 1911 and trying to find her after 1911
can't see a death nor a likely marriage
