I've looked & looked but can't find her with her father

I can't find her father at all - even a birth, marriage or death

There are a family of Oakwells in 1881 1t 29, Ross, Rowley Regis living with John and Elizabeth Brooks and listed as their children

Nancy Oakwell, 12
Fanny Oakwell, 10
John Oakwell, 8

There is a marriage for John Brooks and Elizabeth Oakwell at St Giles, Rowley - 1870/162

Can't find then in 1871

Joseph and Phoebe are living next door

Think this might be Phoebe
