Hi all, just wondered who is interested in Sarah Ann Foley. She was my gt gd aunt. her father Eli William was my 2xgt gd father. The witnesses could be Eli's bro William and his wife Elizabeth Harris.

Its been a while since I looked at this line. Can u tell me why the heading is Samuel/Mary Ann when you have found the marriage of Samuel/Sarah Ann. Just looked in my tree and I have their marriage as 1 Sep 1868 with witnesses Elizabeth Foley and Joseph Sidaway who later married. No idea where I got that but if you have looked up the marriage and her father was Eli it must be correct and I am up a gum tree

1871 Samuel is a 31yr old coal miner living with Sarah Ann and baby Samuel at Union Street Dudley.
1881 Samuel 11 lives with his widowed mother Sarah Ann at 15 Newtown Street.
1891 Samuel's mother has remarried and he is now the step-son of Daniel Woodhall.
