Another marriage lookup from Antie Em, Thankyou

908...DEARN Alice N EVITTS Charles Smethwick, Old Church Sandwell Register Office 2/5/20

Old Church, Smethwick 26 Dec 1908
Charles Evitts, 24, B, Turner, of 204, Tat Bank Road, Oldbury, Father Anthony Evitts, Turner
Alice Nancy Dearn, 23, of 173, Church Lane, Smethwick, Father William Dearn (Dec), Oliver Man
Wit : Anthony Evitts and Minnie Dearn

I am not sure who Alice Nancy connects to ?

Could be this family?...

1891 46 Watery Lane, Harborne, Staffordshire, England
William Dearn,36,head,married, nut & bolt forger, born Worcs.,
Ann E,29,wife, born Kidderminster,
Alice V,5,daughter, Note:Initial transcribed as 'V' but it could be 'N' ?
Henry W,4,son.
Both children born Smethwick

What does 'Oliver man' mean on marriage record ?

And Alice's husband Charles Evitts .... could he be the son of this Anthony on BCC ?

That's as far as I have got
Any ideas?

Thanks
