Haven't dug too deeply into the other BATTYs, but have just found this marriage of a Phebe Battey
West Midlands Marriage indexes for the years: 1854
Surname Forename(s) Surname Forename(s) Church / Register Office Registers At Reference
BATTEY Phebe PARRY William Dudley, St Thomas Dudley Register Office 204/013/307
I'll take a look on Ancestry for census for William & Phebe.

I think it best to get confirmation of this marriage between Phebe Battey & William Parry to see who her father is before looking at census. I think Ihave them in 1861
1861 Census "“ Tory Street, Rowley Regis
William Parrey "“ Head.M "“ 26 "“ Miner Stone "“ Rowley Regis
Phebe Parrey "“ Wife "“ 26 "“ Brickmaker "“ Dudley
Ann Eliza Parrey "“ Dau "“ 6 "“ Scholar "“ Rowley Regis
William Parry "“ Son "“ 1 "“ Rowley Regis
Hanns (Hannah?) Parry "“ Sister.UM "“ 12 "“ Nurse Maid "“ Rowley Regis
1851 census there is a William Parray with parents and siblings living next door to Elizabeth (Batty) Westwood. Best wait for confirmation of marriage.

PHEBE BATTY Christening: 19 APR 1835 Saint Thomas, Dudley, Worcester,
Parents:
Father: WILLIAM BATTY
Mother: OLIVE Extracted
interesting that name Olive Rosannah uses it for one of her kids
Do you think Olive is her real name? William Batey might not have married her. But the only marriage I could find was:
William Batey and Eliza Sidaway on 25 Dec 1836 at St Thomas, Dudley
Can we find William Batey living with wife Eliza near Rowley Regis in any of the censuses? Or can we find a William Batey living with someone called Olive?
