William HOMER b.1859 migrated to Australia 1879 aboard "Scottish Lassie". His parents James HOMER and Ann MASSEY. I have many census and information on his family but are there any relatives "over there"? I would love to find one. Regards Del WARD-nee HOMER

He landed in Queensland which is probably the worst state to track anybody down....
Not that many William Homer in Australia (probably more for any given square mile of Stafordshire than the whole of Oz
).
Nobobdy with those parents in the death register.

Elizabeth Harriet Bauman
5th September 1884.
Any other state I could tell you the place of marriage and parents names without buying a certificate....
1st Child.
Henry William Homer born 15th March 1885.
Once again,being Queensland, total lack of information in the index....

Henry William Homer died Queensland 28th November 1906.
No sign of him ever marrying
A William Homer died in Queensland on the 22 July 1914. Parents were William Homer and Sarah Davis.
