...but I'm still not sure how you work out whether an entry is submitted or extracted on IGI ... it doesn' t seem to say

With regards to adding to BCC .... do we still add the info. if it is submitted... but with a note?... or does it have to be extracted to add to BCC

only add the extracted info in on template.

those bapts I have flagged have a look at on the old site see if it says extracted or submitted if
extracted you can add if submitted only add in notes not in template
