I think that the Joseph Tromans who married Alice Whitehouse (daughter of Daniel & Eliza), is the Joseph, son of George & Phoebe on BC here:

George and family moved from Rowley Regis to Long Lane, The Hill some time in the 10 years after Joseph married Alice.
