I wouldn't think so Di, from what I know Zachariah lived in Halesowen Town, no where near Oldbury, which Church was it in Oldbury

A chapel was built in Oldbury in 1529 because during the winter and in the time of floods it was impossible for the inhabitants to attend the parish church in Halesowen, it now lies somewhere under the current Sainsbury's (ex Savacentre). It was replaced by Christ Church which opened in 1841, at which point Oldbury became a separate ecclesiastical parish.
