I have just come across an Enoch Hewitt on the 1911 census

1911 1st Cavalry Brigade Royal House Artillery, Wellington Lines, Aldershot
Enoch Hewitt, 28, married, shoeing smith, born Blackheath,Staffordshire

Think he might be this one on BCC?

Can't find a marriage for him though, and don't have full 'findmypast' membership so haven't seen original 1911 transcript either.... is he in the army or a civilian? .. and where is his wife?

Any thoughts?

Original 1911 records Enoch as a 'Shoeing Smith' no rank shown,
it appears that he was a civilian as other persons transcribed all have
a rank.(R.S.M, Sgt. Dvr. etc).

or maybe as a poss in notes?

do you want to add the 1911 for Wm Hewitt
and that birth info for Lenny Hackett think you have it ie day month year and info and that you have B.cert

if not we can flag to archive this unless you need something else on this
