There is a Lewis Albert Head born Sept Qtr 1877, Stourbridge District Sub District of Halesowen - No other Lewis Head's born around that time.

I can't get onto Bcc this morning, so can't follow the links suggested above.
However, I found 'this' Albert in the 1901 census, living in Queen Street, Cradley with his widowed mother Sarah.
Also, Sarah and Timothy found in 1891, with son Lewis A. So previous post re. birth correct. Result!
Further digging reveals Timothy married Sarah Hingley at Netherton; so more looking up, please, if not already on Bcc.
Timothy Head = Sarah Hingley, 1857, St Andrew, Dudley (205/002/178).
Timothy' father will probably be George; I'm sure there are candidates for Sarah already on Bcc.
