When the music starts at the beginning of Coronation Street, alongside the words "Coronation Street" on the t.v. screen there's a letter P. What does that P stand for?

Thanks a lot for that RF, didn't I say there were some intelligent people on this forum.

Oh Jimmy how very dare you for saying that NL and myself are not intelligent.

I thought the P meant that it was time to get that PINT in me hand Probably the reason why I've been enjoying the show so much just lately with all this drinking.

Some people haven't yet learnt the value of programmes like Corrie - it's like meditating, gets you to relax and forget your troubles if only for a little while!
Having said that, Corrie's never been my cup of tea!

The adverts introducing Corrie and between the adverts really really annoys me. Those two women are really chauvinistic.
