That looks right.
I wonder if the girl on the birth certificate is Sarah (age is not correct) or if the child died?
It doesn't look like it's the same family as on BCC as the Sarah there is born about 1826.

When and where born: 30th November, 2. A.M. Bilston
If a time is stated on the certificate, could it mean there was more than one birth?
I wonder if she was a twin sister to John

I hadn't thourght of that, with the lack of name I thourght it may be a child who either died or wasn't expected to live. I've looked for a death cert, but nothing without a first name, so difficult to know if there's one or not.

I'll add the birth and parents to BCC, but I don't think it should match up with the original link I put on. What do you recon NL?

I can't find a death for the unknown girl, but she may have been named before she died. The birth is registered the day after she was born, so it is possible she died later - I'm assuming that still births wouldn't have been registered?

There's a very good looking marriage on Family Search:
William Baugh/ Sarah Boudler Adams
St Martin, Tipton
1837
Not sure about the reliability of it coming from family search though
