can some one help me to find out how her mother was elizabeth was born in oldbury in1863 thanks

Her name is Elizabeth and she was born in 1827 in Oldbury.
I can't see a marriage for her and Richard on West Midlands BMD
There is a marriage in 1855 in West Bromwich for Richard Haynes and a possible Elizabeth Harvey. As this isn't on West Midlands BMD - it might have taken place in Handsworth.
