This petiton is about genealogists asking for BMD certificates to be made as uncertified and available online for a cost of £2. That way we could order five times as many!!! I think this e-petition could be worthwhile, I have just added my name to it. Our community is massive we could easily reach the 100,000 names required.

I've signed it, but I do think £2 is unlikely! But any reduction would be welcome.

I would rather sign a petition for them to finish the indexing project they stopped half way through.

You could then see the parents of the child without having to purchase a certificate.

The father of the bride/groom without having to purchase a certificate.
