Christmas !!

Well seen a house today with the Halloween lantern in the Window and beside it was (would you believe) a Christmas tree with all all the lights on twinkling away.

Wont be putting anything up for the next month, advent is celebrated here, usually with an advent crown.

At least you get a celebration, those of us born in early January get stuck with joint Christmas/birthday presents and everyone too Christmas/New Year'ed out to make an effort.
