Jan has note that William Bloomer married twice but has not inserted Marriage to Mary A. Bills
Should be added as note from Linell fom Vicars notes states William Bloomer amat M. Bills which means he was courting her should also be able to follow up Bills family

No that note means ....that this marriage ..

is not belonging to this William with Mary A
as the father there is Jeremiah

so according to that marriage in 1859 he is not married prev
as bach

so maybe he wasnt with amat M bills or amat Emily Haden for long
