Hi Jan,
Childrens names to add for James Shaw and Sarah Parkes.
John Henry Shaw, born, 16th Jan 1866, Quarry Bank.
Joseph Shaw born about 1868,
James William Shaw born about 1871,
Clara Shaw born about 1875.
My line continues from John Henry Shaw and can give you more names when you are ready.
I think it's a really good idea and wish you loads of luck!
Jo

Hi Grangers you found the section ok
I have split this from where you posted it to give it its own thread.
So when was James Shaw and Sarah Parkes born and where?
and when married?
Plus on the kids you list which area are they born?
Then I can add them and we can go from there

Sorry for not adding all information.
James and Sarah were married 25th August 1861 in the Parish of Netherton. Both were minors, James a puddler. His father Francis Shaw a Puddler. Sarahs father William Parkes a bricklayer. Witnesses were Neri Watts and Ann watts. James Born Kingswinford and Sarah Cradley. All children as far as I know were born Quarry Bank.

Ok so James b 1840 and Sarah 1843
will add those in a while
I have a Sarah Hinett married a Joseph Shaw and then that line goes back to a David Shaw b 1826
Shaw is not my line but the Sarah Hinett links to my Hinett line
Netherton area I think.
Are you stuck on any that we can run with for you Grangers?
