Jan has inserted marriage of Cyrus Parsons born 1853 Halesowen to a Phoebe Patrick. Children and descendants are also noted.
Father of Cyrus is noted as Henry
On my Parsons data base I have the same Cyrus ( name is spelt as Cyrus in 1881 and Silas in 1891.1901 and Sirees or Sirus in 1871) . Mother is noted as Ann married to Jesus ( wrong transcription as looks like Sirus) in 1851 Census with children No trace of family in 1861 Census.
Siblings of Silas are noted as Joseph b.1844, Sarah b.1843, Emma b.1851,David b.1857 in 1871 Census and Ann is shown as a Widow.( her husband died c. 1861)
Therefore who is Henry noted as father on marriage cert. ? or did Ann marry again ?
Ann is shown as Mary Ann Potter born 1826 Halesowen and Marriage to Cyrus was at Clent on 27/4/1846 on my records. ( before birth of two of their children)

I think they maybe one in the same, I wonder if Ann Parsons (mother) remarried a Henry, tho I don't see a marriage for her or could it be that father Cyrus middle name was Henry...

can this be looked up or does it need a birth cert sending for ?
1853 PARSONS Silas Halesowen Dudley Register Office HAL/012/90
cannot find a cyrus c 1850 - 1858 so if this silas mother is mary a potter and william there is a stong possiblity henry could be a middle name and was put on the marriage cert instead of william ( i think

)
