An Ancestry Tree suggests that the Elizabeth Willetts who married John Hill is this one:

Father: Noble Willetts b. 16 June 1771, Rowley Regis, d. June 1852 Dudley (cf. Noble Willetts b. abt. 1771, Cradley BCC: http://bcconnections.tribalpages.com/tr ... 6&pid=2693 )
Mother: Sarah Harris b. Apr 1788, Halesowen; d. Aug 1835, Halesowen

On BCC, we have a Noble Willetts married to Catherine Homer in 1806 at Dudley

The born 'Cradley' can often be a red herring, when the place of birth should really be Cradley Heath Rowley Regis.
