It should say how many Watts it is too.
W=VA so divide the wattage by 240.
Worked example:
An appliance is rated at 1 kW. What fuse should be used?
1 kW = 1000 W.
Current = 1000 W ÷ 230 V = 4.3 A
Next size up is 5 A

Oooo....I get to use my Electronics Degree for the first time in years.....
OHM's Law
Watts = Voltage x Amps
therefore
Amps = Watts/Voltage
Since you have not given me that wattage of the fridge.....I canna figure out the Amps my wee lasssie.....

Ok now bear in mind I am thick when it comes to maths etc
so I need to not exceed 2 amps
this is wot mini fridge says on back
volatage Ac 220-240 v
Power cold 45-65 w
Vol 15 L
50/60HZ Dc 2v
Hot 40-55 w

1amp would be ok that would also cover any surge

is the fridge going to be plug in to a 13 amp socket ?

By its own, but how many other items will be piggy backed into the same socket?

It said somat about 2 amps being the limit
it says this
electrical sockets in rooms are fused at 2 amps

so if it is only one plug in one socket it is ok
even if one plug in a double socket
then another plug in the other bit of the double socket?

2A seems a bit mingy to me.
Each socket should be 2A I think but I will bow to superior knowledge here. No kettle for sure!
