Have you checked this Kim:-

1841 census, Waste Bank, Old Swinford, Stourbridge, Worcestershire
Noah Brettell, 50, Nailor
Mary Brettell, 40
Ann Brettell, 20
William Brettell, 15
Mary Brettell, 9
Noah Brettell, 14
John Brettell, 5
Matilda Brettell, 1
All born in County

Are there any siblings or parents near by? If so that would help decide which family Noah comes from, or you could check the OS Burials and see if one of them dies, but with a name like Brettell, there are so many different spellings!

I just found a Noah Brettell was a Chosen Deacon for Cradley Baptist Chapel, says he lived in Cradley but the date is circa 1785 - 1789. Also found that the same Noah Brettell from Cradley a Bricklayer, gave a contribution towards the building of the new Baptist Chapel, which is now St Peter's C of E Church.
