Just in case anyone was wondering why I'm not hijacking threads at the moment, or helping with queries - well, life has become too busy and is set to become busier - and those elves haven't shown up once.

I've spoken with our illustrious leader (NL) and have decided that I will have a couple of months sabatical.

I will still be dipping into the forum, so if anyone has any queries on anything I have added, or if there are any marriage citations with my name and "Awaiting Lookup" - I just might already have them, but haven't had time to add them - so please send me a PM before adding them again to the list.

I will be back my friends - and will be keeping in touch in the meantime.

Srd has it covered in the Look ups section with Jo and myself as back up mods if he needs us.

JO is taking over the Brickwalls with me as back up mod

JO is taking over Census with me as Back up mod

Peterd is taking over the Beginners section with JO and Myself as back up mods

Think that is it so get those dresses sorted for those Brides
and thank you for all your help in the past
this forum wouldn't run without the mods that do a great job

and if anyone feels they would like to help out in the sections do let me know

I don't know; running off leaving us in the lurch to go off and make dresses!!!!!!!!!! Dresses aren't nearly as important as genealogy you know.

I'm sure you're more than able -

As to making dresses - shall I tell that to the young lady who is getting married on Saturday and whose bridesmaid dresses aren't yet ready.

If she spent more time on genealogy she wouldn't be getting married at all.

I'm sure she'll have a fabulous day especially with such beautiful clothes.

Not the case for me, he knew I was hooked on Genealogy when we tied the knot. But then I knew he was hooked on all sorts of sports, and has way too much energy!

I have every confidence in you Maggie - GO MAGGIE GO You'll do it gal.
