Thanks Annie I would agree with what you said
But here is what our 16yr old said from somewhere in the UK

A. Things for keeping carpets still on the stairs (Scream now , there is little hope)

I don't know what that answer should be , I just know my body is shrinking or my legs are , arthritis gives me aching joints and my muscles ache at the slightest thing making me slow down altogether'

Don't know the answer to the question , but I do know that aching muscles and joints are part of it - perhaps that's why my doctor gives me 'Stair Rods'!
