He who did the shopping stuffed up, not complaining of course :? , brought chicken fillets instead of pork, don't know how one could get this wrong but shrug..to cut a long story short decided to use the chicken instead and it turned out (if I don't say so myself) pretty damn good!! the sauce was divine (nothing to do with the alcohol content) and everyone in my house raved.. thx Mally for the recipe, it's now on our family menu.. so we give it :grin:
I live in my own little world. But it's ok....they know me here!
