Well, even though, I had to bolt it down, here's my effort today.....
We had it with tiny boiled potatoes & Broccoli
Verdict from other half - Very tasty!!

Well!!! That surprised me! It was truly yummy. I confess I wasn't really excited at the prospect - not being much of an eater of fish, but himself and I really enjoyed it. Taking your advice, Carol, I put in mountains of cheese, and lots of freshly ground black pepper. Strange... the fish tasted quite buttery, almost as if there was cream in there.
Mally, how do I send you a photo? I haven't mastered flickr yet.
We finished the meal off with a big bowl of extra cream vanilla ice-cream topped with raspberries that had been soaked in Cointreau for several hours.

Great photos and glad the verdict is a kind of thumbs up so far-mine looked kind of similar but with more topping hanging over the edge! I did think of taking a picture but I have so many pictures sitting on my phone it would take me a year to download them and figure out how to get it on here so you will just have to take my word for it.
