Ain't you finished yet NL? The guy probably wrote the book in less time
I watched a tv production of a Wallender story,
Skulden, on Friday. I can't usually be bothered to watch if I have to read sub-titles because our tv is so tiny! Quite enjoyed it though.

I am up to where that money has gone missing and he has been to the bank and there
was that fire....I am bored with it though .....but I will finish it
been busy with thousands of look ups!
got your book at library not picked it up yet they are holding it for me

Congratulations NL!
My review was:
It was OK I suppose. Can't say that it really grabbed me and I doubt if I would buy another book by the same author, although I would not mind borrowing another from the library. The police man who is the main character is a drunken slob and I can't see how he gets a seemingly young and successful woman to go off with him to Copenhagen for an overnighter!
After this and the Steig Larsson trilogy I don't think I will be in any hurry to visit Sweden!
Added: though I did enjoy the tv programme of another of these books so now I'm almost hooked on wanting to know more about the characters

I have got my house rules waiting for me at the library so will collect it tomoz
I am enjoying having an alternative read
so I think we should try and keepit going
