I have sent an email to raoravinder who is owner of tribal pages noting what is the problem and also noting other trees on tribal pages are up and running. I was nice and polite but noted at end woe would reluctantly have to take matters elsewhere if not resolved and it Is reputation of tribal pages that would be at stake

Researched Ravinder Rao some more
and It would appear that he filed annual Reports to Florida Profit Corporation from 2005 to 2021 from Addresses in Tampa Florida but from 2022 from 1623 Trenton Way San Marcos CA 92078 which he bought property for $1,640,000 in 2021 he notified Florida Profit Corporation of change of Address .
Property now has valuation of %1,925,000 and is still inhabited by Rao family
Cannot find e.mail or telephone at present address but he appears to use mail box at UPS Services 310 S Twin Oaks Valley Road 107-428 San Marcos Ca 92078-4387 telephone no. 813 433 1001 e.mail support@ tribalpages.com

Also found that a Greek customer lost a lot of records through tribalpages error and caught legal advice about taking legal action for loss of records plus compensation for time researching and replacing. Advice given was that maximum amount could claim was 5000 dollars and cost would be prohibitive even in arbitration or small claims court. If you google tribalpages terms and conditions you can see 2010 terms which are so unbelievable and one sided on behalf of tribalpages they would not hold up in court. They are hold harmless which is usually today ruled out in court in usa and uk if damage or negligence occurs . There is a long list of reasons for tribal pages pausing or cancelling or suspending membership or account but it also says or no reason which in no way good commercial or legal practice

The gedcom does not carry any photos!

I have sent e.mails to Florida Genealogical Society and Tampa Bay Genealogical Society identifying problems Genealogy Forum UK have with Black Country Connections Web site with Tribalpages Inc. who are registered in Florida . I have asked them to confirm status of Tribal Pages inc. and for any assistance they can give to resolve our problem . I attached document I sent to grangers14 which details who we are and problems experienced

I think it's only text on gedcom, I've just created a test site on tribal and uploaded my tree it has no photos either.

that why i bought the USB stick of tribal pages its suppose to include the software and the pictures to view never tried it yet
