I dont think the one b 1815 marries Mary Brettell in 1823 too young
I do think he is with Joseph and susannah/fanny in 1841
think we need a James b abt 1803 or earlier

Using search and browse on Ancestry and clicking on the link from Mary Brettell's marriage to James Raybould the suggestion is James baptized 12 February 1802, father Benjamin, mother Mary, FHL number 378764, parents of Benjamin being Benjamin and Phebe. I don't think this is the same Raybould family but not sure..

Thats interesting as this Joseph Raybould marked with a 'X' for this marriage and yet he didn't for his first marriage. Is there a possibility that this could be a different Joseph Raybould?

Also we would need to look at the actual marriages to see as transcribed records
are sometimes inaccurate.

Did Joseph sign his will?.
I think it is all ok apart fro Mary who marries Thomas Manger, what proof is there that she is grandaughter of Humphrey and Prudence.
