Thomas 1842 Married Elizabeth Basterfield in 1863, he was a Nailer then later a Fruiteer.

Must be a Hall connection somewhere? Linell.

Think this is Henry in 1881, Married Ellen White 24.12.1862 Halesowen, both aged 22.

Did he become a fruiterer cos he married a Hall?
whose family were in that trade?

John Holloway born 3 Jan 1849 Halesowen died 1 Jun 1900 Stourbridge - Father Henry born abt 1812 in Hagley d 24 Jul 1877 in Stourbridge. John married Sarah Hall (Palmer) 25 Dec 1871 Stourbridge. Children Caroline, Harry, John, Fred, William, Jane (AKA Virginia), Charles, Arthur, Dorothy, Annie & Charlotte Florence (AKA Florrie on 1901 census).

looks like Gaun Yard
on actual page next door family at High Street
two pages back Gaunts yard

Hi Alyssuzi, from what I can see from the Census records, Henry and son John, were all born Hagley/Halesowen, the Stourbridge you quote is the registration district, don't think they ever lived there, not looked at all the children yet. HTH from Linell.

Hi NL, the plot thickens, apart from the Fruiteer connection there is also a Leicester connection. Frederick Palmer was born Leicester, so was Phoebe Bagley's sister in law, Eliza Toon 1816 Ashby De La Zouch, she Married Phoebe's brother Jeremiah Bagley born Halesowen 1824. Phoebe's son Thomas Hall 1842 was born Ashby De La Zouch! Also found that Phoebe's Mother Ann Wight/White was a Fruiteer Linell.

I think Maria Bagley above is sister of Phoebe and daughter of Jeremiah Bagley and Ann Wight/White. Joseph Basterfield's Granddaughter Elizabeth 1843 Married Thomas Hall, the Fruiteer son of Henry Hall and Phoebe Bagley. All connects. Linell.

Bringing this back as have done the look up and it is Sarah Ann Willetts dau of George Willetts
so I have joined em up...another connection!

One of the witnesses was Harry Parsons the son of Alfred Parsons who was the bro of Ellen Parsons who married George Willetts
so cousin of Sarah Ann Willetts who married William Holloway
