There is nothing that fits this at St Mary's, Kidderminster, St John and St George's did'nt do marriages until 1867, so it looks like a Registry office or Non Conformist marriage.
I wonder if, becuase they were so young, they married somwhere other than Cradley Heath. Also, can someone please explain what Banns means please? Sorry, I'm not up with all the lingo. I've heard the term before, but don't really know what it is.

it is Kidderminster which I think is Worcs...
but no church is coming up on any search so you would really have to get that certif I think
