Well...we've just eaten ours and our verdict =
Served with new potatoes, cauli and carrotts.....although I wouldn't have the same veg, the pork etc. was beautiful - very tasty!
The flavour of digon mustard, combined with bacon really complemented the pork and because it was fillet, there was no waste at all.
The sauce was very nice too. Wine could be used in exchange for vermouth but I chose the latter cos I thought it would make a difference

I'll definately do this dish again!

Right! Just gonna pour meself a glass or two of Dry Martini & lemonade.... WHAT?...well I can't waste it, can I?

Take no notice of 'er Rob,
I think any white wine would be o'k and yes a very small onion should be o'k too!

Well I have cooked it!!
Yes the Pork wrapped in bacon!!
so different I feel from Bacon-wrapped Pork

and well ....it was quite nice

I did mashed potato
murdered asparagus
and baby sweetcorn

the sauce was with white wine

the pork was a bit crispy but I caught it just before the kitchen became black from the blackened hue that escaped when opening the oven

crispy....hmmm
