You know what gets my goat? People who when they hear a pop song of yesteryear say "Thats before my time"!!! And then they dismiss the song without giving it a chance!! And... make remarks about "can't you play modern stuff as well?"
Whats that mean??
When i was a kid in the 60's i loved the Rolling Stones.At the time i thought all there songs were originals only later did i realize that a lot of them were covers which in turn made me delve into the history of the popular song.
Nothings too old!! Nothings modern!! It's all been done before!! There's only a limited number of music chords!!
We dont say Mozart or Handel were before our time!! We enjoy the beauty of the music!!
Right now i'm off to work.

And another thing that gets my goat is people who just demand things and don't have the good grace to ask politely!

I agree with both of those , I just don't know what happened to good manners .
Another thing that gets my goat is when at the cash out the person behind hovers over you when trying to put your pin number
also people with a trolley load of shopping in the hand basket queue, thats my rant out of the way for today.Annie

Here's something that gets my goat
Certain people, who shall remain nameless....... but they know who they are, who expect you to do a job but only give you half the information you require.
