Yep, good old Roger.

Are you happy for me to add details from his list, or would you rather have me look at the originals at the archives? I have marriages and kids for some of the other Capewells took from his list and census info, but haven't looked them up at the archives.

This is always a tricky one
I would prefer that people look up the info at the archives or ask for it to be verified or get the certificate.
We all make mistakes so best to verify where we can.

If they are your line and you are happy with the info and it checks out in other ways then the
onus is on you when you add your name in the notes ...ie you are saying you are happy with that information.

So the answer is if you can get to the archives and check it so much the better.
If you want to go with Rogers up to you on that one...bearing in mind the buck stops with you in the notes!

I did a look up yesterday and put Barker instead of Baker when I added it to the notes on forum!
