Well I'm not really sure to be honest
think it's something to do with earth, sun, and moon, today they would say it's to do with the global warning.

I know what causes tides in baths but in the ocean? Wow thats heavy!! Really cosmic!!
Is it when when the moon is in the Seventh House
And Jupiter aligns with Mars
Then peace will guide the planets
And love will steer the waves?

Ok here is the answer from our 16yr olds....

A. The tides are a fight between the earth and the moon. All water tends to flow towards the moon, because there is no water on the moon, and nature abhors a vacuum. I forget where the sun joins the fight

It's many years since I applied for mortgage and when we did the guarantees they requested were:-
Prove your Income amount
Must be in employment.
These are the only two I can remember but I know there are more
